1. Eligibility and Account Access

1.1 Browsing: You may browse publicly available content on Faves without creating an account.

1.2 Account Creation: To upload, post, or monetize content, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

1.3 Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Currently, Faves does not support third-party login (e.g., Google, Apple).

1.4 Email Requirements: Account creation requires a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate and current email information and to update it as necessary to maintain accuracy.

2. User Content and Licensing

2.1 Content Ownership: All content submitted, posted, or displayed on Faves by users ("User Content") becomes the property of Syntx. This includes, without limitation, text, recommendations, images, and comments.

2.2 License: By submitting content, you grant Syntx an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, display, and commercialize the User Content for any purpose, including marketing.

2.3 Affiliate Content: Users are permitted to include affiliate links in their content and may earn compensation from interactions or purchases initiated through such links.

3. Monetization and Disclosures

3.1 Affiliate Relationships: Faves and its users may receive commissions when users click through or purchase items via brand links on the platform.

3.2 Compensation: Creators may be compensated when their content generates purchases or traffic for a brand.

3.3 Disclosure: Faves may display indicators where affiliate relationships exist, but users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable disclosure laws or regulations in their jurisdictions.

6.1 Moderation: Faves curates and moderates content to maintain quality and community standards.

6.2 Account Termination: Syntx may suspend or delete your account or content at its discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms.
